because we breath in air they is different chemicals thats flow with the auir and one of them are allergens polluin and things that causes allergic reatiction taht keep you from the outside world also pollutants things like perfume, dust, cigarette and somking. There is things ion our nose thats called cilia these cilia are constaly moving and they are sending pollutants to the stomch where they is acid and the acid removes it from out or even through the nose cilia helps our body by keeping it healthy from particles in the flowing throw air. Nearly everytime thats pollutants triggers a sneeze going in compex speed coming out.

I find out that we sneeze to get ridy of our excess mucos.The nose produce a substance called mucos, everyday we produce four cups in our nose to keepn it moist and it help the cilia move out pllutants. the brightness of the sun can make people sneeze thats called photic sneeze reflexs, its common to sneeze 2-3 times a row. everytime you sneeze you can't leave your eyes open and its impossible to sneeze while you are asleep if they do thats mean that they are still awake the whole time.

qustion: is it okay to seifle sneeze 

answer: when you are tryo\ignt o stop yourself from sneeze it is bad for you then sneeze because it causes damge to your body vessle to rupture and it can even damge your ear drum. when the inside of your nose is ticklelish then it wioll send a message to the part of your brain called the sneze centre then taht sneeze centre will a message to the muscla to work together to creat the amazly thing and compilcate called the sneeze
