      strategies for being assertive

  1. know your priorities[whats is important to you] my family because been with me thick and thin and i cant thank them for that and i love them very much and my friends they so sportive to me because they cheer me in everything.
  2. eye contact. look into they eyes when you are talking don't look away because that will be rude or if you don't want to look in they eyes then you can look at their nose or forehead so you don't have be scared when you are talking to them
  3. body langues. if you show body langue they will take you serous because if your back is hanging they will think that you are kidding around with them so that's why you should your back up straight and your voice clam so it doesn't sound like you don't really care 
  4. voice .don't sound mad because they will get mad back at you and you guys will start to fight don't be scared when are talking speak up when you are talking to someone or the class and don't be shy to say want you want to say let your voice be heard.

  • the first thing we did was we placed six test tubes in the test tube rack. labels the rack with numbers using a measuring cylinder fill test tube 1 with 10 ml. of water using your tweezers add a single crystal of gently shake the first tube until the crystal dissolved. using the transfernn pipette thoroughly to ensure that no purple solution remains. gently shake test tube 2 test tube 3. rinsh the pipette again and repeat the transfer process for test tubes 4,5 and 6 
the first thing wehad to do is fill the tubes up to 5 high then we go fill the beacker 10 ml high after that we went and got a crystal and dropit into the beacker then we shake it until the colour turns pink then we pour it into the testtube one by one we toke 3 out of the first one and put it into the senonced one then we take out 2 and put it into the 2 one again then we do that for all the others after you can see the colour charging then you take a photo then put it into your blog post then you are done with the expersiment.

different colours

aim-what is the meaning of different colours

 i want to know how colours was first developed

 i also want to know how colours affects other people and 

what different type of colours affects other types.

also what colours makes that colour

Primary colours

most of the coloure that we see is from pigment but pigment is not a source of coloures they are showed to be a coloure because they absorb all the coloures but not th coloures that we see the way we see thing because of pigment it is to consider how the coloures of light are form also they think of what we see when we components of light are remove.we can see pigment when a part of coloures is spectrum from the light source.

This colour is common to us when we see picture and television screen you can also use this for combinations of secondary colours filter to make the three primary colours these colours can also subtract colours from the light you can see this thing because of a beam of white light is pass through your series and filter for the example if you use a yellow filter it can only let red green to be shown but not the blue because the blue is subtracted.
